Happy Birthday Mom!

Had a wonderful Mexican dinner at one of Mom's favorite's restaurants. Mom's best friend Marlene was able to join us. Happy Birthday Mom!

BOSTON here we come! The plans have been finalized right down to our final cruise on the Charles River! Only thing left to do is pack and figure out where the DOG is staying. She has lots of friends so this shouldn't be a problem. Seven weeks and counting! ~Deb

Happy Birthday...."I am the Birthday Girl" Susie

Happy Birthday Susie. We had a wonderful meal at Mom's yesterday to celebrate Susie's birthday. The food was wonderful and so spring like. Thanks Mom. Susie had a good time and every few minutes she had to remind us that "I am the birthday girl" like we would forget. Gotta love kids.....~Deb

Just a few photos from our Spring Break trip to Oregon and Washington. Spent time daily at the beach rain or shine. I loved watching the kids it brought back lots of memories of our times on the beach. So refreshing yet tiring but a good tire as Miles will contest too, spread out on his new Mickey Mouse bed. I miss raising the children so love it when we have time for some short reunions. Thanks James and Mackie for letting me still be Mommy! I love you both more than you will ever know! This is an old boat we found washed a shore.

Heading West

James, Miles and I are heading West in the morning to visit with Mackie and Marian. We are so excited. The Blues were covered in snow today, so pray for our safe journey! I sure hope Miles is a good traveller, it was Mac's wish for him to come along....Will post pictures later from our visit. Had a great week-end with little Susie.....cookies, movies and all. She is reading very well and is very bright with a stubborn streak, but if you don't push the streak too hard she comes around. She is full of love. Next time Megan's turn or maybe both of them at once.....I like just borrowing a grand kid of Cathy's to remind me what a busy times all you moms out there are faced with! Until Later....~Deb

Mac heading out West

Mac is heading West tomorrow for Spring Break. She will spend some time with Grandma Marian in Ocean Shores Washington and then James I will join her next Wednesday through Sunday....I can hardly wait to see her and have some time with all of them! Prayers for her safe journey....~Deb

He's here in Boise, and I shook his hand this afternoon at Bar Grenika in the Basque Center! He filmed the Hill Top Cafe above Lucky Peak this morning, then down to Bar Grenika where they serve Saturday famous Beef Tongue, croquettes and the best lamb sandwiches! Then to the West Side Drive Inn three blocks from our home tomorrow! Not sure where else he is going but great to have him in Boise! ~~ Until tomorrow...having lunch at the West Side~Deb
